Varied Customer Service Role
If you have a successful customer service background we have an interesting and varied position available right here in Pukekohe.
Counties Power provides and supports the transmission network for the Franklin area and we need someone to work within our Customer Care team to continue the very high standard of customer service we are proud of.
You will need advanced inter personal skills because you will be working with callers to solve or advance their power supply situations. You will also need to be a good listener and be able to translate circumstances into instructions for service people. You will have good keyboard and accuracy with data entry is essential.
You will not need a background in the electricity industry, but you must be able to show you are interested in, or can demonstrate an aptitude for some technical terms and processes to a level where you effectively communicate with customers.
